caught in a craze ((open))

Darcy was at a Starbucks that was located inside a mall stuck in a long line. He never expected it to take so long since he was so used to going to the one closest to his penthouse with the baristas knowing his order to the finest details. Tapping his foot, he got out his phone and began to look through his Twitter mentions. Being famous in Italy due to being a socialite's son was pretty hard at times. He blew hair out of his face and wondered if there was anyone he knew nearby.

Jacob on a whim of boredom decided to go to a mall. Craving the specialty blend of coffee that only Starbucks carried he got into the line. He noticed that a few customers in front of him he swore it was Darcy. He wondered if he should call out his name or not. He moved forward as the line slowly inched to the till. Finally he decided that it was worth a shot. "Darcy." He called out and bit his lip hoping that it was his friend. He really didn't want to look like a fool in front of everyone here.

Darcy heard his name being called out by a familiar voice and looked behind him. His face lit up seeing who it was. "Jacob!" he called back just wanting to hug the other tightly. He was infatuated with him, but he had no clue if Jacob knew or even felt the same way.

Jacob smiled as he realized he didn't make a big fool of himself that it was indeed his friend. He moved out of the line and beside Darcy. Not knowing how the other felt he decided to take a gamble and he wrapped his arm loosely around Darcy's shoulders. He really liked this guy and hoped that he felt the same. "How has the summer been treating you?" He asked softly. He was honestly just enjoying being close to his friend. Who he hoped wpuld one day become more then that.

Darcy blushed as the other wrapped his arm around his shoulders. "Quite nicely. You?" he responded biting his lip. It was hard to believe how fast summer break had gone by.
